Mr. Gay World welcomes volunteer directors from Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and Oceania. All of the directors have a huge wealth of knowledge in LGBT Tourism, Human Rights and sexual diversity.

Alfredo Ferreyra - Director for Latinamerica. (Mexico, Caribbean, Central and South America) | Founder of several LGBT tourism companies in South America including BUEGay Argentina - Gay Tourism & Travel.

Ferreyra has two Master degrees and works with a variety of LGBT Non Profit organizations and HIV/AIDS foundations. Ferreyra is currently the IGLTA Representative to Argentina and Uruguay.
